Shipping Policies
Shipping times and rates are only estimates
and are not guaranteed. Additional shipping may be required on your
order due to weight, zip code, your combination of items, or other
factors. We cannot control occasional inventory shortages, shipping
carrier delays, Weather delays, and other factors that can delay your
shipment. We will do our best to get your product to you as soon as
possible.
Returned undeliverable packages and refused items will be charged an appropriate shipping charge.
Returns
You
must call us for an R/A number to authorize a return. We have a 10 day
return policy – 15% restocking service charge on all returns, shipping
charges are non-refundable. Merchandise must be unopened, in new and
unused condition and in its original packaging. Mounting and running
fuel through a model engine, installing radio parts in a model, cutting
up balsa sheets in kits, installing software or discarding the packing
material are some examples of used merchandise. We do not accept
returns via COD or any other collection method. COD packages will be
refused.
If damaged in shipping-please refuse the package or
return to a FedEx shipping location within 24 hours marked refused due
to shipping damage. Then call us so we can file a claim with FedEx.
Failure to do so will result in loss of refund or replacement by FedEx.
Defective Items
A
defective item is an item that arrives undamaged in shipping, but
unable to function properly. Defective merchandise may be returned to
us as long as it is in new and unused condition. You must call for a
return authorization number. Manufacturer defects found after the
product has been used revert to the manufacturer’s warranty and they
will handle any problems for you directly.
Exchange Policy
Merchandise
must be unopened, in new and unused condition and in its original
packaging. You must call for a return authorization number. Your
original invoice must be dated within the last 10 days and sent back to
us. On the back of the invoice, please write your name, e-mail address,
phone number. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be
responsible for the return shipping fees incurred to send the item back
to us.
